What a funny staff. Abundant breakfast with lots of eggs, fresh fruit and bangers to satisfy every guest...

It was central and close to Ge Chandelier Theater Company. The service was excellent, we had a hot breakfast with a price $ 20 for a buffet.

Convenient hotel, it has good service, unbeatable location close to everything. The room is well-appointed and huge with a queen size bed or beds, everything is excellent. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

This hotel is a bit dated, nonetheless its location is ideal and staff are helpful.

Breakfast is disgusting, rooms are dingy, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Low budget and clean place to stay in.

The room was compact and cozy, the hotel was fairly clean. Exceptionally comfortable beds and multi-channel TV, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

Quiet location, strategic hotel and very specious room. The staff are all outstandingly helpful. Magnificent view of canal. The property provides sausages, eggs and fresh fruit for breakfast, food was SUPERB.

More than adequate personal, pretty decent breakfast, fab location close to stores. I had extraordinary and splendid double room. They made my stay brilliant. Picturesque views, lovely pool, easy parking.

Food was high quality, room was newly furnished, loved the marble bathroom. Beds were lovely + balcony was great. Brilliant staff were eager to help, that's a big plus. Marvelous location, not too far from a home field.

The stay was perfect, totally recommend. The room was double superior, big, located in the atmospheric area. Cheery and customer-facing staff as one would expect. Nice hot breakfast - yogurt, muffins, fresh fruit and eggs.

The staff were BEAUTIFUL and I liked the homey decorations in the room.

I loved that hotel's lobby was stylish. Beds were very narrow, nonetheless it was truly a very lovely stay. The full English breakfast included sausages, eggs and fresh fruit, but I did n't have time and did n't try all the menu. The property was near the beach.

Views appeared to be pretty average.

The hotel had WONDERFUL drinks and food. A heating system, multi-channel television and a work desk in the room were an advantage. Kudos to driver. For lunch or dinner go to Great Taste, located easy walk to the venue.

We would definitely return here if we go to Cleveland. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Hotel had comfortable beds.

no complaints whatsoever, i will be back. helpful staff, great setting. i had a king room, and i liked it. downtown cleveland district was definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic breakfast and friendly personnel. We could have lunch in cibreo italian kitchen set within 700 feet. The location was good for city trip in Cleveland. We loved our time at the hotel, thank you.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like azure sun lounge that was only 15 minutes' walk away. Location seemed ideal!
